Atualmente, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do curso inclui um eBook interativo, com possibilidade de impress\u00e3o (n\u00e3o \u00e9 fornecida vers\u00e3o em papel). O curso est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em ingl\u00eas, portugu\u00eas, espanhol, coreano e chin\u00eas.<br \/>\nNota: A SPMEV n\u00e3o se responsabiliza pela tradu\u00e7\u00e3o da vers\u00e3o original em ingl\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>**Para cumprir as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>20 horas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em evento<\/strong><\/span>, a SPMEV recomenda a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no <a href=\"https:\/\/spmev.org.pt\/event\/encontro-mev-2025-uma-experiencia-unica-na-medicina-do-estilo-de-vida\/\">Encontro MEV 2025<\/a> (9-11 de novembro de 2025), o \u00fanico evento em Portugal aprovado pelo IBLM.<\/p>\n<p>Se participou no <strong>2\u00ba Congresso Portugu\u00eas de Medicina do Estilo de Vida<\/strong> (27-29 de maio de 2024), essa <strong>forma\u00e7\u00e3o continua v\u00e1lida<\/strong> e pode ser usada como pr\u00e9-requisito para o processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o em 2025 (a validade total, desta forma\u00e7\u00e3o em evento, \u00e9 de 36 meses).<\/p>\n<p>Em alternativa, poder\u00e1 participar num outro evento aprovado pelo IBLM, nomeadamente, no<a href=\"https:\/\/spmev.org.pt\/event\/i-congresso-luso-brasileiro-de-medicina-do-estilo-de-vida\/\"><strong> I Congresso Luso-Brasileiro<\/strong><\/a> (23-25 de outubro de 2025) ou na <a href=\"https:\/\/lifestylemedicine.org\/conference-events\/lm2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lifestyle Medicine Conference 2025<\/strong><\/a> (16-19 de novembro de 2025). No entanto, para prevenir eventuais dificuldades t\u00e9cnicas, recomenda-se que cada candidato leve o seu <strong>pr\u00f3prio computador port\u00e1til<\/strong> com acesso \u00e0 internet. No local <strong>estar\u00e1 presente um representante do IBLM<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel por <strong>supervisionar<\/strong> e garantir todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do exame.<\/p>\n<p>O exame realiza-se, em <strong>todo o mundo<\/strong>, na mesma altura do ano (final de novembro \/ in\u00edcio de dezembro).
